Friendship spring day

Midcoast Maine is comprised of long granite fingers that stick way out into the North Atlantic. If you veer south at Waldoboro you’ll eventually end up at the fishing village of Friendship, between Muscongus Bay and the Friendship River. If you go there early in the morning, you can paint a wee little study of exciting spring color long before anyone but the fishermen are up and around.

This painting can jump any way. Put it in a traditional plein air frame and it will enhance any rustic or classic room. Or go contemporary with a narrow black frame and white liner. Or even try grey-on-grey driftwood. It’s a painting that will go anywhere with distinction.

9×12, oil on archival canvasboard, unframed.

Shipping included within the continental United States. For Hawaii, Alaska and international shipping, please contact me directly to calculate surcharge.
